Most practices start with the build. Where it goes from there depends on what you want to run yourself.
01 Program Build
The core engagement. We take your practice from no program to first patient in three to four weeks, covering the clinical partnership, pharmacy and diagnostic sourcing, protocols and documentation, workflow design, staff training, and pricing structure. You finish with a program your team can run and the relationships behind it in place. One-time fee.
02 Ongoing Partnership
For practices that want us in the room after launch. Continued access as questions come up, formulary and pricing reviews, new protocol additions, staff retraining as you hire, and support as the program scales. Monthly retainer, limited number of clients.
03 Program Diagnostic
For practices that already launched something and it isn’t working. A focused assessment of where the program is losing money or stalling, whether that’s pricing, sourcing, workflow, or patient conversion, with a specific plan to fix it. Fixed scope, fixed fee.
