THE BUILD

What it actually takes to launch a program.

Most practices underestimate this work, and the ones who try it alone usually stall at the clinical partnership or the pharmacy relationship. Here is what the build actually involves.

01 CLINICAL

Providers, protocols, and oversight

Every peptide, hormone, and diagnostic program requires licensed clinical direction. We connect your practice with physician, NP, or PA partners and work with them to establish the standing orders, patient protocols, and documentation standards your state requires. For non-medical practices, this is the difference between having a program and not having one, and it is where almost everyone gets stuck.

02 SUPPLY

Pharmacy and diagnostic sourcing

Compounded medications come through licensed 503A pharmacies, and which pharmacy you work with determines your formulary, your pricing, and your reliability. We bring established relationships, structure the sourcing on your behalf, and set up diagnostic panel access with pricing built for volume rather than one-off ordering.

03 OPERATIONS

Workflow, training, and systems

A program only works if your front desk knows how to book it, your staff knows how to consult on it, and your documentation holds up. We build the intake and consultation workflow, train your team, and set up the systems so the program runs without adding administrative load.

04 COMMERCIAL

Pricing, packaging, and growth

Pricing and margin structure, membership and package design, patient communication and education, and the retention model that turns a first injection into a recurring relationship. This is where the program stops being a service and starts being revenue.

Most builds run two to four weeks from first call to first patient, depending on state requirements and how much clinical infrastructure is already in place.
